Aimee started studying nutrition at the tender age of 12 and has never stopped being awestruck by the communication between food and body and its impact on our quality of life. She went on to get a degree in nutrition from Bastyr University, become certified as a holistic health coach and is currently pursuing her Masters in Nutrition and Functional Medicine. Aimee has also been a certified personal trainer since 2001 and has completed numerous marathons and half marathons.
Aimee specializes in helping individuals with GI imbalances, weight loss as well as supporting moms to take care of themselves. She loves helping those who live with food intolerances, struggle with their relationship to food or want to train for an endurance event but gets the most joy out of witnessing others reclaim their health through empowering food and lifestyle choices. When not continuing her studies in nutrition and Functional Medicine or working with clients, Aimee can be found cooking up something tasty in the kitchen, cuddling with her family or skipping merrily through the forests.
